That an application for a Special Use Permit, SP-86 <br />was filed with the City on April ,11 , 1979. <br /> <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed th~ <br />application at its regular meeting on April 17, 1979. <br /> <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were cnnsidered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-86: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed extraction is consist~nt with the <br />grading plan of the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />2. That the surrounding properties would not be adversely <br />affected. <br /> <br />3. That the affected properties will be left in a <br />satisfactory condition. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDt that the application SP-86 is <br />hereby approved subject to the following: <br /> <br />1.
