<br />1. That the areas along Rice creek Road and the proposed <br />parking lot be landscaped as proposed in PRO #27; <br /> <br />2. That the model will be removed one year after it is <br />installed to the location indicated by the petition <br />and will conform to the building plans received October <br />9,1979. <br /> <br />3.
