RESOLUTION NO. 2257 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON 1. That an application for special use permit SP-88 was filed with the City of New Brighton on September 4, 1979. 2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton Planning Commission Board of Review on September 18, 1979 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on September 25, 1979, all person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. 4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were considered. 5. That the City Council received a petition and building plans which specify a location of the building relocation on October 9, 1979. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City Counci.l makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-88. 1. That the property is presently zoned B-3, General Busines and is proposed to be rezoned to R-2, Two-Family Res- idential. 2. That model homes are permitted as accessory uses in R-l and R-2 zoning districts. 3. That this model unit will be similar to a model home and will be constructed in such a manner. 4. . That the site plan for the model unit makes us~ of the site plan considered for the condominium under the proposed PRO #27. 'I II !I I I II BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for SP-8S is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: I I I I 5. That the model unit will not have a sustantially detrimen al affect on adjacent properties. 6. That the petition signed by area residents indicates initial acceptance of the building relocation.
