AND SOUTH OF TENTH STREET N.W. TO A SPECIAL <br />COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, MAY 3, 1988, AT 4:30 P.M. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mattila briefly reviewed staff report concerning a request for <br />site plan review to construct an addition onto the eXisting <br />Becchetti Industrial Building on Old Highway 8 and County Road E; <br />staff and Planning Commission recommend approval of LP-227. <br /> <br />As there were no questions or comments, Williams moved, seconded <br />by Gunderman, to APPROVE LP-227 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDI- <br />nONS: <br /> <br />L rROVISIO~~ OF l\ DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE; <br />2. SPRINKLE ENTIRE BUILDING PER APPENDIX E; AND <br />3. PROVISION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO 100% OF <br />ALL SITE IMPROVEMENTS EXCLUDING THE PROPOSED BUILDING ADDI- <br />TION. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mattila briefly reviewed staff report concerning a site plan <br />review to construct a 2,400 square foot addition onto an existing <br />building to house some tanks which would collect heavy metals <br />from the waste water which is now going into the city's sanitary <br />sewer system as required by the Metropolitan Sewer District; the <br />facility would clean up the wastes and would be collected and <br />removed from the site on a periodic basis; proposed addition meets <br />with 1-1 district standards.
