<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 1988 <br /> <br />McCarty publicly opposed the RCCC continuing with anything other <br />than what it was established to do, and opposed further funding. <br /> <br />Brandt stated misunderstandings are to be cleared up by sending <br />mailings to Mayors and City Managers.
