We will work with Ramsay County as far as the curb <br />treatment is concerned, adhering to their specifications and <br />requirements. We will also redo the landscaping on the property. We <br />intend to replace the sod with crushed rock, replace the dead <br />shrubbery, and add more shrubbery according to the blueprints that <br />were originally submitted to your office. We will do all of this in <br />the sring ~nd early summer of 1981. <br /> <br />We also hope that you will approve the ground sign that is currently <br />on the property. We think it is attractive and well done, and the <br />other tenants ~n the center do not object to its being called the -Mr. <br />Donut - centel~. <br /> <br />I will be glad to come to your City Council meeting on December 16th <br />at 7:30 to answer an~ further questions.
