Dedications (Right-of-Way) <br /> <br />The above are somewhat minor omissions but must be on the <br />final plat. <br /> <br />Special Use Permit <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a request to have ~sales trailer <br />on the site prior to construction. Simil,arto past actions <br />concerning pre-sales of condominium units, a special use <br />permit is required. <br /> <br />The applicant's proposal is as follows: <br /> <br />liThe market research analysis done by Gary Solomonson and <br />Associates and our lending institutionb6th'require~ <br />that a sales trailer be installed on the site f6r a <br />minimum of two weeks'prior to construction. Sales <br />reservations will. be taken during this period. The <br />pre-sales activity will dictate any minor cosmetic <br />changes in each unit floor plan layout. An example <br />of a minor cosmetic change would be to eliminate, or <br />perhaps enlarge a kitchen IIpass thrull opening.1I <br /> <br />The a~plfcant has be~n asked t? submit a sketch showing the <br />locatlon, type and slzeof traller, parking spaces and <br />surface treatment of driving landed and parking.
