<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF~ <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT, PL-123. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary plat has been made <br />by Belair Builders to subdivide property for the construction of <br />two (2) condominium buildings; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />L <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That an application for a preliminary plat was <br />wit h the City on A p rill 4, , 1981. <br /> <br />That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on April 22, <br />1981. ' <br /> <br />fil ed <br /> <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to Pl~123;' <br /> <br />1. That the subdivision is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan; <br /> <br />'" <br />2. That the subdivision meets the requiremeJ)l 'o;L;Cha~pter <br />26 of the City Codes and all applicable zoning code <br />requires; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER-.RESOLVED,-Hthatthe Boar-dof Review -hereby <br />recommends approval of preliminary plat, PL-123 subject to the <br />followi~g conditions: <br /> <br />1. That final plat include subdivision name, denote lots <br />and block with respective legal descriptions; <br /> <br />2 .
