If further instructions with regard to the disposition of the

samples has not been received within this time, the samples will be

discarded.

SITE CONDITIONS

The general elevation Within this lot varies from an approximate elevation

of 906 to 892 ft. The higher elevations appear to be a result of fill

material being placed on the northern portion of the site. We understand

that this fill has been in place for at least 5 years. The proposed

building area will be within this fill area.

The generalized soil conditions can be described as follows.

Boring 1 encountered 7 ft of a dark brown clayey sand fill frozen to 3.5 ft

and in a medium dense condition below 3.5 ft. Underlying the clayey sand

from.7 to 12 ft was brown and reddish-brown fine sand in a medium dense

condition. From 12 to 15.5 ft was a brownish-gray silty fine sand and silt
in a medium dense condition.

STS Consultants, Ltd.
