AND 8TH AVENUE
S.W. IN NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA

Gentlemen:

As directed by your verbal authorization of February 10, 1983, the
subsurface exploration at the above referenced site has been completed.
The attached report presents our understanding of this project, a
description of the soil conditions encountered at this site and
recommendations for foundation design. Three copies of this report have
been sent to the above address.

In summary, the soils at this site consisted of miscellaneous non-organic
fill materials to depths of 7 to 10 ft below the existing ground surface.
We are of the opinion that the proposed tractor truck repair building can
be constructed at this site. The building can be supported on spread
footings over the existing fill, with soil improvement, or natural soil or
newly compacted fill. Our design and construction recommendations are
discussed within the body of this report.

If you have any questions concerning the contents of this report, or if we
can be of further assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Very truly yours,

Si/JCTANt;~~~

William B.
