HEAD'S APPROVAL <br /> <br />MANAGER'S REVIEW/RECO <br /> <br />No comments to supplement this report <br /> <br />Comments below/attached <br /> <br />EXPLANATION/SUMMARY (attach supplemental sheets as necessary): <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />Since October the Planning Commission, staff and Mr. Richard Ernst the <br />applicant, have been developing the attached sign plan. The sign plan <br />in staff's opinion is comprehensive 'in nature and addresses all possible <br />signage concerns at the shopping center. The proposal is also consistent <br />and compatible with the basic standards of the sign ordinance and past <br />signage enforcement. The sign plan includes the following ma~orelements <br /> <br />1. A complete formula for wall signage for all tenants; <br />2. A revised Center ground sign ~ 104 square feet, 24 feet in <br />height including a- 5' ~ 8' copy board for tenant advertising <br />and community events; <br />3. A small wall mounted directory sign for the expansion building; <br />4. Directional signs for three entrances; <br />5.
