Approved preliminary plat of. Innsbruck North-New Brighton 5th <br />Addition with restrictions On access onto Silver Lake Road. <br />2. Held the 1st and 2nd Reading of the Ordinance rezoning those <br />properties within Group 1: <br />3. Approved non-conforming use variance and building permit for <br />Robert Lee's Restaurant: <br />4. Set hearing on Industrial Revenue Bonds for Office building and <br />hotel projects downtown: <br />5. Continued preliminary plat of Walburn Industrial Park to <br />January and set hearing for consideration of establishing a <br />Development District: <br /> <br />SP-lOl, Salem Baptist Church <br /> <br />t\ <br /> <br />Staff briefly reviewed the number of Building Code <br />violations resulting from the use of the single family <br />dwelling as a public building. <br /> <br />SP-l01 Salem <br />Baptist Church <br />7:35 to 8:05 <br /> <br />Ron Nienaber, Building official stated that he has made two <br />initial inspections of the property. The Electrical Inspector <br />4It and Local Fire Department representative have inspected the site. <br />
