The present liquor store parking lot, located <br />behind the municipal bar. has only 37 spaces, which <br />is barely enough for our needs. Since our peak hours <br />of operation would be similar, a joint parking agree- <br />ment would not be feasible and when we lose our parking <br />across the street due to office building or hotel <br />construction, the situation will only intensify. I <br />feel my concerns are justified and hope you and the <br />Planning Board concur. <br />
