.

."

Page - 2 -
October 1, 1982
Charl i e LaFevere

In regard to my first concern, I should note that the Council has expressed
a desire for a change in this ordinance so that signatures of the neighbors
are not required. In light of any statutory requirements I don't know if the
present ordinance could be changed.

Secondly, with the present zoning code regulations, I feel that I would recommend
the following procedure for Mr. Bromander to follow:

1. Make application for a building permit including all
required building plans and site and landscape plans; and

2. Make application for a special permit, a building relocation
concurrently by submitting the required ownership report and
signatures of adjacent property owners.

This procedure will then give the City the opportunity to approve the development
of the site i.e. parking, access, location. If the request is just to get the
building at the site still on mover blocks I feel the Council have an overall
plan approved with a timetable for completion of the required site development
and Building Code requirements.

In summary, I am requesting your assistance with my two cancers and any insights
that you can offer. This request of Mr. Bromander's is "sensitive" in nature
and I would appreciate your assistance.

5i ncerely,

\\ /~~ 11;'~ It
,)., IL.??
