The two sites at this time are
zoned industrial and are owned by Bell Lumber & Pole Company and D & T
Trucking Company. At the time of the writing of this report, the
arplicants have not made final arrangements for either site. Staff
initially recommended these sites and feels that either site would be
appropriate and acceptable for the temporary relocation of the depot.

~."~I 1rovisions of the zoning code allow the waiving of the relocation process
~ !nd allows the Council to take action on this temporary relocation.
In order to avoid future requests for temporary building storage that is
not of an historic/community oriented basis, staff has prepared the
attached resolution which delineates the specific reasons why the
temporary relocation would be allowed and under what terms.

RECOMMENDATION
To waive the reading and adopt the attached RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF
FACT AND APPROVING TEMPORARY BUILDING RELOCATION.

//r~

Archer, City Planner

I~ -,

~
