That such request was revie~ed by the City Council an <br />Ilovemb,er 23, 19B:!, <br />3, The writtencommenls ~nd analysis of the city staff we~e <br />considered, <br /> <br />NOW THEqEFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the New Brighton City <br />Council makes th~ following Findings of Fact in respect to the <br />temporary relocation: <br /> <br />1, That the building in question is a historic railroad <br />depot owned by a civic organization the New Brighton <br />Historic Society; <br />2, That if the historic building is not relocated, the <br />historic buildinQ would be destroyed; <br />3, That Section 8-010 of lhe Hew Brighton Zoning Code allows <br />the Cou~ci I to waive the requjrem~nts of Section 8-630. <br />Building Relocation; <br />4. That the request is temporary Ii qature and that the <br />~errnanent relocation will be orocessed accordino to <br />Section 8-630 of the zoning code; <br />5, That the potenti<ll sites at the Bel Lumber and Pole <br />Company or 0 & T Trucking are ~oned Industrial; and <br />6. That the tempordry relocation of the depot on either <br />site \lill not adversely affect the character of the <br />neighborhood nor have any affect an the comfort and <br />enjoyment of those properties. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the reques~ for temporary <br />relocation is hereby .porovcd subject to the followino conditions <br /> <br />1, T~at a buildino relocation permit be Obtained from th2 <br />buildIng Official; <br />. That the buildinn be secured with Jll windo\ls and joors <br />sec~red and ao~ruved hy the 9uildin~ Official; <br />3, That the City Planner approve the specific site for the <br />relocation; <br />4. That no une will be using the buildinQ nor working on <br />the exterior or interior of said buildinq; <br />5.
