That such request was revie~ed by the City Council an Ilovemb,er 23, 19B:!, 3, The writtencommenls ~nd analysis of the city staff we~e considered, NOW THEqEFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the New Brighton City Council makes th~ following Findings of Fact in respect to the temporary relocation: 1, That the building in question is a historic railroad depot owned by a civic organization the New Brighton Historic Society; 2, That if the historic building is not relocated, the historic buildinQ would be destroyed; 3, That Section 8-010 of lhe Hew Brighton Zoning Code allows the Cou~ci I to waive the requjrem~nts of Section 8-630. Building Relocation; 4. That the request is temporary Ii qature and that the ~errnanent relocation will be orocessed accordino to Section 8-630 of the zoning code; 5, That the potenti<ll sites at the Bel Lumber and Pole Company or 0 & T Trucking are ~oned Industrial; and 6. That the tempordry relocation of the depot on either site \lill not adversely affect the character of the neighborhood nor have any affect an the comfort and enjoyment of those properties. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the reques~ for temporary relocation is hereby .porovcd subject to the followino conditions 1, T~at a buildino relocation permit be Obtained from th2 buildIng Official; . That the buildinn be secured with Jll windo\ls and joors sec~red and ao~ruved hy the 9uildin~ Official; 3, That the City Planner approve the specific site for the relocation; 4. That no une will be using the buildinQ nor working on the exterior or interior of said buildinq; 5. That the apuroval of temuorary relocation exaires July 1. 19B3 and J per~dnent relocatIon with all applIcable permits under Section 8-62J of the zoning code be obtained prior to July 1, 1983.
