However, because of the discrepancies between <br />the neighbors and Mr. Ernst there doesn't appear to be any resolution <br />of the problems. <br /> <br />Chairman Williams voiced a concern over the appropriateness of,tbe_ijs~, <br />how it was supervised and how it was conveyed to the Planning Commission. <br />He stated that the neighbors appear to strongly disagree with Mr. Ernst <br />over the use. ' <br /> <br />Commissioner Knuth stated that he has personally seen problems at the <br />amusement center and in light of the neighbors similar concerns he <br />supports denying the request. <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, Second by Knuth to recommend denial of SP-106 by <br />resolution. <br /> <br />6 Ayes 0 Nayes Motion carried. <br />
