There is more as the City must still <br />resolve what we are going to do regarding ponding and streetscape <br />amenities and a tax increment financing plan and district must be <br />established. Plus Watershed District approval must be obtained. If <br />the project is favorably received it appears all the above can how- <br />ever be accomplished. <br /> <br />CURRENT ISSUES <br /> <br />- The issue at hand is whether the proposal for the New Brighton-Medical <br />Center is consistent with the Downtown Development Plan. If the . <br />Advisory Boards opinion is affirmative I would suggest a recommendatlon <br />be made accordingly.
