The petitioner, the City of M,~;nneapolis,; a Munic;i,pal <br />Corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, is the <br />owner of real property situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />which is being used by petitioner and has been set apart by ~t <br />for its City Water Works, Reservoirs, and other facil-it~,es for <br />its present operation fo_r tree supplying of water to~the residents <br />of the City of Minneapolis, and for the future contemplated <br />expansion of said facilities. <br />2. That the real property so owned and held by the peta.-- <br />tior_er includes the following: <br />a. The North 1/2 of the N.W. 1/4 of tkie S.W. 1/2, <br />Sec. 30, Twp. 30, R, 23. <br />b. The South 1/2 of the N.W, 1/a of the S.W. 1/4, <br />said section, township. and range. <br />c. The North 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4, <br />said section, township and range. <br />3. Section 44Q0_of the zoning code of the Village of New <br />Brighton pertaining to the zone in vahieh the above descr~.bed .r_eal <br />property is situated, limits the size of boundary fences to ~ 1/2 <br />ft, i-r~ height. <br />4.
