Said limitation of <br />said section 4400,- therefore, results in a special hardship <br />- with respect to said rea]_ property of petitioner. <br />5. Petitioner desires to erect a_10 ft. high chain link <br />fence arouzid the boundaries of this•said real property, for the. <br />afety and .protection of this property against said hazards and <br />dangers. The erection of such fence would be a protection for <br />.the petitioner's property, and would also close off~a major <br />paint of entry for motorcycles, vandals and other trespassers, <br />leading also to real property of the Village of New Brighton <br />which is also used for municipal water supply purposes. <br />6. Because of the nature of the terrain in the area owned <br />by the petitioner, as well as that owned by the Village of New <br />Brighton, rendering it accessible to motorcycles but not to <br />automobiles, it creates a special aild difficult problem of <br />police surveillance. <br />WHEREFORE, petitioner requests the said Village Council of <br />the Village of New Brighton to grant a variance affecting the <br />,,. <br />parcels and area owned by petitioner and above described, which <br />will permit the erection of a 10 ft. high-chain link fence on <br />the borders of said property. <br />Dated: May !~ , 1970. <br />~, <br />~~ ~ ~~ <br />PAUL T.
