It. y. 1V'i..on to construct an office building <br />at 1021 1st Street rr '!, Neer Brighton, I+Iinn 55112 according to the <br />folio<ring: <br />Ei) EYlzibit "C" shows the present Plot Plan of the property <br />in question. This plot plan shows location of buildings and ground <br />cover as is nett established. Please note that this plan while possibly <br />in violation of some village zoning ordinances, ti~ras approved before <br />construction by the Village Council of the Village of Ideta Brighton in <br />December of 1'J68. <br />B) Exhibit "B" shows an addition of a proposed office <br />building to be constructed as an attachment to the building located <br />at 1021 1st Street r:,r. This plan also shows changes that ~•rill be made <br />to areas ~•rhich arc not presently enclosed by fencing to include the <br />following: <br />1) filling of the ditch ~•~Izich runs parallel <br />to 1st Street R'I' on the south side of 1st Street P."",: running <br />from the ~•resterly end of our property Iine to the westerly <br />end of our drive cvay. The County of Ramsey Engineers <br />Department has given verbal permission to fill the culvert <br />area immediately north of the building located 1021 1st <br />Street Purl, and to fill the ditch as: stated herein. <br />2) Sodding of the ditch area after filling. <br />3) Installation of a blocl: constructed, bricl; <br />veneered office building 20' Y d0' in size to be constructed <br />ir..nediately to the north of the e::isting building at 1021 <br />1st Street RTI'l, according'to the attached blue prints. This <br />would bring our side yard set bacIc to G5 feet on the rdE <br />corner of the office, and 5n feet on the P1I•l corner of the <br />office. <br />4) Installation of curbing surrounding the <br />parking Iot and drive ~~ray and all sodded areas. <br />5) I;emoval of the driveway portion of our <br />parr;ing lot im^~^diately north If 1021 1st Street P~~l., <br />and landscaping and sodding of same. <br />
