I <br />have been assured by 1•Ir. Don Partridge, the present Ieasee that the <br />poople to t•rhich he has subleas^d the building to trill vacate the property <br />on or about January 1, 1971. ~Ilien this is done the area surrounding this <br />building trill be completely cleaned up and trill 'be used for parking of <br />vehicles owned by employees of Rubbish Removal, Inc. This will enable us <br />to carry out proposal ;~ II above. <br />The time table of the above programs is as follows: Construct- <br />ion of the office building to commence innediately. Construction of the <br />office building to be completed by I~'ebruary 1, 1971, 1111 sodding and <br />yard ttorl: to be done no Iater that tlpril 15, 1971. gill vehicle parIting <br />will be moved to within fenced area no later that t'1pri1 15~ 1971 and <br />hopefully trill be moved in upon possession of the building at 1001 1st <br />Street Nl. The fence trill be installed along the ditch area pending <br />the outcome of the suit t,rith Ramsey County. <br />Rubbish Removals Inc. under new ot,mership;and-management~ is <br />malting an effort and trill continue to make effort to do our part in making <br />Nett Brighton the best possible community in t,rhich to live. lie have met <br />with some of the citizens who have been in oposition of our business, and <br />the way it eras conducted, and they have verbally agreed to the proposals <br />as listed above. If the council however does not see fit to grant us the <br />permit to build an office which is so vital to our business at this time, <br />and according to the plans listed above tie request that the council <br />authorize the Village Building Inspector to grant 1~Ir, ryi~on a permit to <br />beg~.n construction ir"rt^diately on this office as an attachment to 1001 <br />lst Street i`Y~l~ or make interior alterations to either building so that <br />the may carry on our business in a business like manor. <br />
