The maneuvering-areas 'of <br />the, proposed parking lot appear to be more than adequate. <br />The relatively small,`1~,000 square foot structure is substantially below <br />the maximum allowable .structural coverage area for tha,zaning district. <br />The proposed landscaping plan combines an excellent selection of varieties <br />for year-round appearance. Small sodded areas around the building are. <br />enhanced 'by Low Juniper shrubs defining the site and accentuating the <br />structure corners. Black Hills Spruce are used at key points on the-site <br />to :enhance the general layout and the structure. 'Phe proposed aayout of the site appeared to <br />be welltho~ught aut and the selection of landscape materials. was excellent for <br />year-round appearance of the proposed development.. <br />Primary discussion by members of the Planning Commission centered on the <br />proposed refuse area and it was suggested that this area should be paved in <br />concrete as opposed to asphalt as indicated on the pl.ttn. The question was <br />praised as to whether or not a curb cut was- proposed at this location and the <br />developer indicated that none was requested. (Planners Note under Section <br />10.5:15 "the maximum number of driveways to a single property shall be two <br />(2) unless a especial permit for a greater number is obtained from the <br />Village Council.) <br />
