Corp. Until March 12 and request petitioner to <br />provide an amerided' site plan showing the following: <br />1. 10 ft. parallel parking.on west'side of building. <br />2, 20 ft. driveway on the west side of building. <br />3. All areas.except driveways 30 ft, west side of building to be <br />landscaped. <br />4. No parking sign along curb line west side of building. <br />5 Closing westerly driveway, County Road E. <br />6. Landscaping of the increased green area. <br />5 ayes.- 0 nayes - carried <br />PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS (3-12-74): <br />The applicant has furnished a revised sketch plan of the site. It does <br />not contain all of the information normally require6 for a landscape <br />and plot plan but we are uncertain if it was the Council's intent that <br />all that information be provided. <br />The 'sketch plan deviates from the Council's request in the following <br />ways: <br />1. Ten ft, parallel parking is adjacent to the green area along <br />Silver Lake Road and not to the-building as requested. The appli- <br />cant feels that people will only be able to exit from one side of <br />their cars if parked next to the building. <br />2. The southerly driveway on Silver Lake Road is shown at a 20' width <br />rather than the existing 261. The applicant has said this is an <br />error and will be corrected to 261,
