Stewart, dated-February 5, 1974 <br /> 5 ayes `- 0 nayes - `carried <br /> Motion by 'Rebelein.,;seconded by Anderson to waive <br /> reading of resolution and to adopt resolution <br /> entitled RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF RESOLUTION <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON #131.3 <br /> (26th Ave. N.W., north of.Mississipp) with the <br /> following amendment - under NOW THEREFORE BE <br /> IT RESOLVED add Items 3 and"4 to read as follows <br /> 3. This approval is conditioned upon Wayne A. Stewart <br /> and Gail M. Stewart, husband and wife, agreeing in <br /> writingwith the City of New Brighton that the line <br /> dividing Parcel A and Parcel B is the dividing line <br /> between zoning classification R3B and B2, which agreement <br /> shall be in recordable form. <br /> 4.
