Council Proceedings <br />City of New Brighton <br />Dlarch 12, 1974 <br />4. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Anderson to close Close <br />hearing VN-116 and PL-90 Hearing <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes -carried ~116,PL-90 <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to approve <br />VN-116 for less than required lot width subject to <br />a 30 ft setback on both street sides of Lot 5. <br />5 ayes - 0-nayes - carried Approve <br />VN-116,PL-90 <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Fisher to approve PL-90 <br />subject to 30 ft setback on both street sides of <br />Lot 5 and subject to the recording of Standard Oil <br />pipeline easement on Silver La)~e Road <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried ' <br />Attorney stated hearing remained properly called, <br />Mr. TY~omas Krocak, 2748 16th Street N.W, stated Darrel Farr <br />opposition to the project and read a letter with <br />42 signatures. 9:24 to <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Anderson to receive 11:10 <br />letter <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Mr. Jim Dlugosch, 1501 21st Avenue, stated that the <br />plan was not in conformance with the long-range plan; <br />that it raised environmental questions and that it <br />would adversely affect community facilities. <br />Mr. Marvin Coolc, 2194 Lake Broolc Drive, stated opposition <br />to the proposal on the same basis as above with the <br />additional concern relative to traffic. <br />Mr. Gary K. Bressler, 1207. Brighton Square, read a <br />letter expressing his concern relative to the <br />proposal. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Rebelein to receive <br />letter from Gary K. Bressler dated March 12, 1974 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Mr. Fritz Werdouschegg read a letter stating his <br />concerns with the project. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to receive <br />letter from Fritz Werdouschegg dated March 12, 1974. <br />f_ <br />
