He expects to have the other <br />5 signatures by the time of the Councilm~eting. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION (May 21, 1974):.:. <br />-The Chairman. read the background dscussiom.' <br />Mr. Charles Bergman appeared ,to speak in his own behalf. He stated <br />that a chain link fence would surround the concrete pad and that the <br />.grades on the property are what they are because there is a'pipeline <br />running under the property:. He also stated that he bought the house <br />'on the condition that the pad be constructed; that he doesn`t <br />know whether apermit-was takenout for the pad :and that he didn't <br />know'at that time.. that he couldn't put up a fenced <br />In response to a question by Parham as to how his request met the <br />three conditons.`for a variance., Mr. Bergman stated that the... pad would <br />be used as a play area as well as tennis-and basketball court.
