The council asked Mr. Dahlberg if he would <br />consider combining certain pracels so that the lots would <br />have 10,000 scruare feet above water< <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Rebelein to close hearing <br />5 ayes - 0 naves - carried <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by Lagon to approve <br />preliminary plan PL-9~. subject to the . following <br />1. That outlot A be split between Zot 1, Block 2 <br />and Lot 1, Block 1. so that each lot has a minimum <br />of 10, 000 scruare feet above water . <br />2. That utility easement be shown from Lake Diane <br />to easterly pond for overflow purposes. <br /> <br />PL-91. <br />8:36 to <br />9:7.0 <br />3. That. access easement of 30 feet be shown between <br />the redesigned Lot 1, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 1 for access <br />from 26th Avenue to the easterly pond. <br />4. That.ponding easement be indicated on Lake Diane. <br />5. .That the basement elevation for Lots 7 and 8, <br />Block~l, be established at 3 feet above normal <br />ground water. <br />6. That the City Engineer and Rice Creek Watershed <br />District approve the si~.e, location and elevation <br />of the outlet drainage pipe from Lake Diane to <br />the easterly pond. <br />7. That the City receive appropriate guarantee that under- <br />ground utility will be installed< <br />8.
