Mr. Lawrence Steltzner
Page 2
April 21, 1975
after the date on which the City Council of the
City of New Brighton authorizes the issuance of a
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy to Lawrence
Steltzner.
6. In the event that funds remain in the account after
all funds have been withdrawn that were necessary to
complete the required site work at 315 5th Avenue W1
any and all such remaining funds shall be the sole
possession of Laurence Steltzner and shall be released
to him by the First State Bank of New Brighton upon
presentation of a written statement signed by the
Building and Planning Coordinator of the City of
New Brighton stating that all required site improvements
at 315 5th Avenue NW have been completed.
7. Presentation of the passbook for the joint account
shall be made by Mr. Steltzner to the Building and
Planning Coordinator and such presentation shall
signify compliance with the requirements for a
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
I believe this states in a clear and concise manner the way
in which the account can be handled so as to insure that it will
achieve its intended purpose.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Very truly yours,
Barry P. Johnson
Building and Planning Coordinator
BPJ:bj
