Lawrence Steltzner <br />Design Fiberglass <br />315 5th Avenue M,7 <br />New Brighton, t-IN 55112 <br />Dear Mr. Steltzner: <br />You have applied for a Temporary Certificate of occupancy <br />for your new building at 315 5th Avenue NW. It is my understanding <br />that instead of presenting a bond or a certified check in an <br />amount sufficient to complete the remaining site work, you wish <br />to open a joint savings account at the First State Bank of New <br />Brighton from which the City could draw funds to complete the <br />site work at the above address should this become necessary. <br />This arrangement would be acceptable to the City of New <br />Brighton. The following conditions shall govern this account and <br />its administration: <br />1. The account shall be in the amount of at least $2,200.00. <br />2. The account shall be a joint account between Lawrence <br />Steltzner and the City of New Brighton. <br />3. Lawrence Steltzner shall not be able to withdraw funds <br />from the account except upon presentation of a written <br />statement signed by the Building and Planning Coordinator <br />of the City of New Brighton stating that all required site <br />improvements at 315 5th Avenue NT4 have been completed. <br />4. The City of New Brighton shall be able to withdraw <br />from the account any and all funds necessary to complete <br />required site improvements at 315 5th Avenue NW including <br />a 10% administrative overhead charge. <br />5. The City of New Brighton shall only be able to withdraw <br />such funds beginning on a date which is nine(9) months <br />
