<br />PUBLIC HEFNRING <br />VN-1 26 <br />September 11, 1974 - 8:05 P.M. <br />Applicant: Keith Harstad <br />Location: 2400 County Road E (at Silver Lake Road) <br />Request: Variance to allow the property to remain as presently <br />constructed and developed <br />Previous Council Actions (VN-111) : <br />(March 12, 1974) <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Rebelein, to approve VN-111 <br />consisting of a variance to the 15 foot setback requirement for <br />parking lot and a variance to the number of required parking <br />stalls to allow for 32 parking stalls subject to: <br />1. No parking signs being installed on the west <br />side of the building; <br />2. The green area on SW corner be sodded. <br />3. There be 3 parallel parking stalls next to <br />curb on Silver Lake Road instead of the 4 that <br />are shown. <br />4. Subject to full compliance with the site plan <br />received by the Council March 12, 1974 and also <br />compliance with the original site and landscape <br />plan where applicable. <br />5. The work be completed by June 15, 1974 or the <br />temporary certificate of occupancy may be <br />subject to council revocation. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />(July 9, 1974) <br />Motion by Anderson, seconded by Eagon, to defer action upon <br />the request of Mr. Harstad until July 23 conditioned upon the <br />following:
