No. 7347 <br />Dear Barry: <br />Pursuant to your request per our-telephone conversation at 9:00 a.m. <br />this date, we are hereby requesting the additional variance be considered <br />by the Planning Commission and Council: <br />Variance Item #4 - request that the two (2) existing parking spaces.of <br />the office building parking area be allowed to remain. <br />a. These two (2) spaces were inadvertantly constructed <br />south of the office building line during the <br />construction period of.the office. In view of the <br />fact the building complex is located on the <br />cul-de-sac terminous of First Street S.W..it is <br />felt that'no detrimental effect is caused by these <br />two parking spaces. <br />Please include this letter as an attachment to the variance request form <br />previously submitted. <br />Sincerely, <br />.Thomas H.
