That if possible, the applicant .purchase the one <br />half lot on the north side of the property and that <br />he buffer strip be extended in a straight east/west <br />direction but that if this is not possible, that <br />the buffer strip be provided with the required jog <br />around the indentation in the property line. <br />3. That the buffer strip be increased to 30' in width. <br />4. .That the applicant grant the City an easement <br />for storm sewer across the north part of the <br />property< <br />That-the Colorado Blue Spruce, Black Hill Spruce <br />and Austrian Pine shown on the-plan be increased to <br />a four foot height. <br />Motion carried, 4-0 <br />Motion by Bohling, seconded by Parham, to recommend to the <br />Council that where a buffer strip has special significance in the <br />approval of a development request, that some means be provided for <br />the maintenance of the buffer strip either by conditions attached <br />to the approval of the request or changes in the City Code and <br />that such means be applied to VN-140. <br />Md~tion carried, 4-0 <br />
