Removal of the wall sign above the entrance on the <br />south side of the building to be replaced wits <br />"again Entrance`! sign meeting code. <br />3. Removal of the projecting sign and wall sign over the <br />door to Eddie's Corner Bar. <br />4. Allowing the existing wall signs on each side for <br />Eddie's Corner Bar to remain but to reduce them to <br />saying only ''Eddie's Corner Bar." <br />5.
