June 4, 1976 <br />Mr. Marcel Eibensteiner <br />Counselor Realty <br />8729 Central Ave. NII <br />Minneapolis, MN 5534 <br />RE: VN-154, Variance request of Kootenia Builders <br />Dear Mr. Eibensteiner: <br />At its May 25 meeting the New Brighton City Council <br />approved the variance request of Kootenia Builders to erect <br />a 7 foot high, 4 x 5 foot model home sign near the intersection <br />of Poppyseed Drive and Long Lake Road, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the sign be erected and maintained for a period <br />not to exceed 16 months; <br />2. That the sign be sit back from Long Lake Road ?.5 <br />feet or more. <br />I am sending along a copy of the Council minutes pertaining <br />to this matter so that you may have it for your recordd.
