Peterson <br />The City Planner reviewed. his report noting that the applicant is <br />r^questing a lot division that would require a variance for lot <br />~~~idth. <br />Mr. Richard Peterson, applicant, was present to answer questions. <br />Fredrickson stated: that her initial reaction was .that a cul-de-sac <br />into the parcel may be the best';approach. Frec?rck'son further <br />stated that the creation of lots with such small: width may <br />pose traffic hazards fore people entering and e;~tng the lots. <br />i~~ir. Peterson explained that most of the surrounding property <br />has never been platted with the result being the present shape <br />of the property. <br />Gdickland asked how:far it was on Long. La]{e Road to the east before <br />Long Lake Road turned north. <br />Mr. Peterson explained that Long Lake Road turned north at <br />approximately the section corner. <br />
