Frec?rck'son further <br />stated that the creation of lots with such small: width may <br />pose traffic hazards fore people entering and e;~tng the lots. <br />i~~ir. Peterson explained that most of the surrounding property <br />has never been platted with the result being the present shape <br />of the property. <br />Gdickland asked how:far it was on Long. La]{e Road to the east before <br />Long Lake Road turned north. <br />Mr. Peterson explained that Long Lake Road turned north at <br />approximately the section corner. <br />
