' <br />Councilman Werdouschegg asked whether the applicant had ,looked. 8:59 to <br />at the option of moving the houseeven closer to the road 9:15 <br />`than was requested in: order to save additional tx'ees. <br />`The Planner noted that the Planning Commission had considered the <br />':factor of the trees when making their `.recommendations., <br />Mr. Cobb, representing the.applicant, stated that he <br />preferred a lesser setback than wad requested but that <br />.:.when making the application he had decided to apply for the <br />sma lest- variance that he thought would still enable construction <br />of the house. <br />Bob Herford 3027 Spring Creek Drive, asked if it were ,normal <br />'for=the prospective ..buyer. tocirculate;a pettion,regarding.- <br />the application prior. to the public hearing. He stated that <br />since signing the petition he had changed his mind. He was <br />asked i£ there were any requirements on the distance.the house <br />must be set back from the. creek. <br />.Mayor Bromander indicated that petitions are sometimes <br />circulated. <br />It was also noted that the variance wouldhave the effect of <br />moving .the house further:.from the creek. <br />
