Motion"by Werdouschegge seconded by Hardt to close Close Hearing. hea-ring VN-171 5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried Motion by Hardt, seconded by We'rdouschegg to waive reading of resolution and adopt resolution RESOLUTION entitled RES©LUTION'MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND NO. 1891 APPROVING VARIANCE VN-171 .with the following findings of fact: 1. The situation. is unique ,because of the steep slope on .the lot and because the street w,as constructed at,a-higher elevation than anticipated: 2. That there is hardship because it,would be uneconomical to construct a home on.`the lot with the required setbacks;` - 3. The Council has granted.,other similar requests on property with steep slopes.
