Hedlund set f <br />Motion by Werdouschegg,.seconded by Blomquist to Feb. 14, 7:4~ <br />set-date`and time for hearing on VN-179, Hedlund, <br />for February 14 at 7:45. <br />5 ayes.- -.Hayes -carried <br />The City Attorney stated the hearing remained <br />properly called, PL-113. <br />The City Planner reviewed past council action and Harstad <br />Planning-Commission recomcr~endations. 9:05 to <br /> 9:55 <br />Keith Harstad, 756 Torchwooc~, applicant, spoke in <br />defense of his request and stated he thought it <br />reasonable- to withdraw the lots on the north side of <br />Innsbruck Drive from consideration and would submit it <br />again with the total parcel south side of Innsbruck <br />Drive. He stated his opposition to providing two <br />roads through his property to the area south of Innsbruck Drive. <br />Mr, Harstad stated he would agree to withhold any action <br />to plat the southernmost part of his property for a.reasonable <br />time until the St. Mary's property to the. south develops. so he .could <br />coordinate the street system. He 'further stated he prefers <br />the second: proposal of east/west street to the first proposal of <br />a double cul-de-sac. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Janecek to continue Continue. to <br />hearing to Jan. 24, 1978 at 8:05 Jan. 24, 8:0 <br />4 ayes - 1 nave (Blomyuist) - carried <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Janecek to direct <br />administration. to submit .the proposed. plat to the <br />property owners to the south to inform them that the- <br />proposed plat would require condemnation of a part- <br />of their property-.for Street purposes and to invite their <br />response prior.. to the January 24 hearing.. <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes- carried <br />
