The New Brighton Zoning Code and the condition of approval <br />of your variance request, VN-177, requires that the church <br />not only install a three foot berm with plantings but also <br />maintain such a landscape strip. It is apparent upon my <br />inspection of the property that there is no three foot berm <br />nor plantings across the ten foot area between the church <br />parking lot and the dwelling units. It appears to staff <br />that the church has been given ample time to address this <br />concern based on the fact that a formal letter was written <br />by myself dated April 30, 1981. This has given the church <br />the entire summer to remedy this situation. <br />Therefore this letter is to serve as official notification <br />that the Faith Christian Reform Church has thirty (30) days <br />to abate this violation of VN-177.
