We feel that variances for lot area. <br />and lot width as proposed are warranted but we feel'. the <br />30 foot front yard setback should be observed. <br />2. .Deny variances requested. We would note that a plat using <br />the proposed cul-de-sac with just 6 lots would apparently <br />meet all ordinance requirements. It is doubtfu'1 whether <br />a plat-.with 6 lots would justify the expense of constructing <br />the road and necessary utilities. <br />- 3.
