Brighton Planning Commission <br />Board of Review <br />Regular Meeting <br />June 20, 1978 <br />The meeting was. called to order by Chairman Brown at 7:30 P.M. <br />Present: Brown, Anderson, Medved, Williams: <br />Absent. Lang <br />Also Present: City Planner Winkels <br />Approval of Minutes - May 22, 1978 <br />Motion by Anderson,- seconded by Williams to approve the minutes <br />of May 22, 1978 with the amendment that Commissioner Williams <br />name be deleted from the list of those absent.' <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />LP-67, S-H Realty <br />The-City. Planner stated.that he had nothing to add to the staff <br />report. <br />Mr. Scarp, applicant, was present to answer questions. <br />Motion by Brown, .seconded by Williams to approve LP-67 subject <br />to conformance with site and landscape plans submitted. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />VN-186, Erwin <br />The Gity Planner reviewed his report noting. that .the applicants <br />would be submitting a subdivision report in the near future. <br />Mrs. Shirley. Erwin, applicant, was present to answer questions. <br />Mrs. Erwin stated that when her father-in-law had originally <br />.contacted the City he was told about the width requirements <br />but that he was not informed about having to have frontage on a <br />street. Mrs. Erwin stated that they had also just received an <br />appraisal of the lot which only now showed the lot divided <br />according to City requirements. Mrs. Erwin stated that they have <br />already invested a large amount of money and that they cannot <br />afford to purchase the additional property. all the way up to <br />Spring Creek Drive. <br />Chairman Brown asked Mr. Erwin, property owner, what he would <br />do with .the property to the west of the lot he is proposing to <br />sell to his son and daughter-in-law. <br />
