The <br />Zoning Code states-that only 2 driveways are permitted to a parcel <br />but that the Council can give special permission for. a 3rd driveway. <br />The Chapel currently has one driveway on Sunnyside Terrace and l <br />on Long Lake Road. The new driveway location is shown on the <br />attached sketch.. Given the size of the parcel, the distance <br />between driveways and-the property use where the use of the <br />proposed driveway will be limited, w e see no problem with the <br />request for a 3rd driveway.- <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that VN-187 be denied by waiving the reading and <br />adopting the attached resolution. At their meeting of .June 20, <br />.1978, the Board of Review adapted the attached resolution,-also <br />recommending that the curbing variance be denied.. <br />In regard to the request for a 3rd driveway, staff recommends <br />that the request be approved by simple motion. <br />~~ <br />James F.
