The <br />Zoning Code states that only 2 driveways are permitted to a parcel <br />but that the Council can give special permission for a 3rd driveway. <br />The Chapel currently has one"driveway on Sunnyside Terrace. and l <br />on Long Lake Road. The new driveway location is shown on the <br />attached-sketch.. Given the size of the parcel, the distance <br />between driveways and the property use where the use of the <br />proposed driveway will be limited, we see no problem with the <br />request for a 3rd driveway. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that VN-187 be denied by waiving the reading and <br />adopting the attached resolution.- At their meeting of June 20, <br />1978, the Board of Review adapted the attached resolution, also <br />recommending-that the curbing variance be denied. <br />In regard to the request fora 3rd driveway, staff recommends <br />that the request be approved by simple motion. <br />h <br />,. <br />'James F.
