That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its meeting on August 15, 1978. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City <br />Planner and all person's statements made at the - <br />Board of Review meeting were considered. <br />_... -- .- <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that __ <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-191:. - <br />1. That the property size. and location create circumstances <br />and hardships in making the most efficient use of land. <br />2. That other than the deviation from the width requirement. <br />the subdivision would meet all code requirements. <br />3.
