That there will be no parking of automobiles <br />in the front yard on the west side of the <br />building. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT NC-34 is and hereby <br />approved subject to conformance with the above Findings of <br />Fact and to conformance with site and landscape plans <br />signed by the City Planner and dated September 26, 1978, <br />Adopted this <br />day of <br />James Senden, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Gary L.
