<br />v <br />RESOLUTION IdO. <br />S^t ATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OR RP~UTSEY <br />CITY OF i1EW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTIOTJ b'TAKING FINDINGS OF FACT ATdD APPROVIIIG VARIATJCE APPLICATION <br />vra-19 3 <br />WHEREAS an application for a variance has been made by <br />;Industrial Sprinkler Corporation, 730 - First Street S.G4. to <br />"permit a building expansion, and <br />WHEREAS the procedural history of the applicaiton is as <br />follows <br />1. That an application for VIJ-193 was filed ceith the <br />City on September 13, 1978; <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its meeting on September 19, 1978; <br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />notices, held a public hearing on September 26, 1978, <br />to consider the application. All persons persent at <br />the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner, <br />the Planning Commission recommendation and all persons' <br />statements-made at the public hearing were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of New Brighton <br />that-the folloiwng findings of Fact are made in respect to <br />VN-193: <br />1. That the existing building development creates a <br />unique circumstance affecting building expansion. <br />2. That a hardship exists in that meeting the rear yard <br />setback would permit an addition that would be <br />unsuitable in regard to the applicants needs. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Variance VN-193 is hereby <br />;approved. <br />;Adopted this 26th day of September, 1978. <br />ATTEST: <br />James W.
