<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING DENIAL <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-195. <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Variance VN-195 has been <br />made by Mr. Raymond Perron, 177 Cleveland Avenue S.W. to permit <br />a subdivision of property creating two (2) lots having less <br />than the required width and less than the required area, and, <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br />1. That an application for Variance VN-195 was filed <br />with the City on September 15, 1978. <br />2. ..That the Board of Review considered the application <br />at its meetings of October 17 and November 21, 1978. <br />3. That the written comments and analysis of the <br />Director of Community Development and all person's <br />statements made at the Board of Review meeting were <br />considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-195: <br />1. That the variance requests both a reduced lot width <br />and lot area. <br />2. That the applicant has presented no warrants for the <br />variance in terms of undue hardship or unique <br />circumstances and how they apply to the property. <br />3. That the lot sizes of neighboring properties meet <br />or exceed the minimum requirements for single family <br />lots. <br />4. That sanitary sewer service is not available. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends that VN-105 be denied. <br />Adopted this day of <br />1978 <br />~-, Richard Brown, Chairman <br />ATTEST : J <br />n <br />J~xties F.
