RESOLUTION NO <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF VARIANCE APPLICATION VN-201 <br />WHEREAS, an application for a Variance VN-201 has been <br />made by Lowy Enterprise Inc. to permit an eight foot high <br />chain link fence in the front yard of a site in an industrial <br />district. <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br />as follows: <br />1. That an application for a Variance VN-201 was filed <br />with the City on February 5, 1979. <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on February 20, <br />1979. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all person's statements made at the Board of <br />Review meeting were considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-201. <br />1. That the property is located in an I-1, Light <br />Industrial District. <br />2. That an 8' high fence is required for security <br />purposes. <br />3. That the 8' high fence does not result in traffic <br />visibility problems. <br />4. That the fence would not have a negative impact <br />on adjacent properties. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Review hereby <br />recommends that VN-201 be approved. <br />Adopted this 20 day of <br />February , 1979. <br />Richard Brown, Chairman <br />T <br />?.? <br />'A <br />J n Archer, City Planner
