This letter serves as official <br />notification of the following violations: <br />1. The use of the basement violates the site/building <br />plans approved by the City Council on April 10, <br />1979. The plans approved by the Council denote <br />storage use for the basement. <br />2. The present use of the basement also violates the <br />variance granted by the Council for less than the <br />required number of parking spaces. The office use <br />of the basement results in a need for 28 additional <br />parking spaces. The variance granted by the Council <br />was for 4 less spaces not 32 less as the situation <br />is presently. <br />Within seven.(7) days of the receipt of this notification, <br />I am requesting a written response indicating precisely how <br />the above mentioned violations will be abated. As we <br />previously discussed, failure to respond will result in the <br />matter being turned over to the City Attorney for further <br />action. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Joan M.
